About Us
Thom Burns
Since 1996, Thom has been owner, developer, and manager of Burns Development, Inc. With focus on supporting our military, Thom developed his first facility which served as a headquarters for local military recruiting. This project provided a catalyst for pursuit of real estate development centered on backing our veterans. Known for his client-centered approach, ability to complete projects on schedule, and continued personal attention throughout contract duration has marked his place in the industry.

Zach Burns
Starting his career with Burns Development in 2013, Zach has over a decade of experience working in commercial real estate development and now serves as president of Burns Development, Inc. With his initial role as a facility maintenance technician, Zach has worked from the ground up with Burns Development. Following his passion to serve, Zach was commissioned into the United States Army where he served in the Infantry at the 101st Airborne and deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve in Iraq and Syria. Zach was able to remain active with Burns Development throughout his military service and shares the same passion for veteran and military-centered project development as his predecessor.
